During our family stay at Novotel, we were impressed by the convenient proximity to the main station, perfect for our family with two kids. It made exploring Paris stress-free and accessible. The staff, while friendly, missed the mark on a special occasion. I had informed them about my mum's 60th birthday, expecting a personalized touch, but unfortunately, the execution fell short.Nevertheless, the hotel's family-friendly amenities redeemed the experience. Our comfortable, spacious family room catered well to our needs, ensuring a pleasant stay. The indoor swimming pool and gym were perfect for keeping the kids entertained, and the complimentary daily water refreshments were a thoughtful touch. The easy access to nearby mini-supermarkets was a lifesaver for quick snacks and essentials for the family.Despite the initial hiccup, Novotel's family-oriented facilities and proximity to key Parisian attractions make it a viable choice for families seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of the city.
